摘要
项目位于市区，由中国五冶集团承担建建造。此次项目打造的是样板工程，建成后会成为整个省最大的地市级综合博物馆,采用BIM（Building Information Modeling）技术对项目整体进行管控，资料整理模拟施工，挖掘项目价值，提高项目深度，降低项目管理等的难度。运用revit进行一比一三维建模，要求模型包含一些关键部位的形状、实际信息等。再通过一系列模型后期软件，对重难点施工、建筑场地布局进行详细的展示和管控。用三维模型对施工场地进行布置、调整。用生动的动画模拟，将不易理解的施工形象化。通过对项目各个专业进行建模来达到，项目数据载体的搭建和传递，不仅能为施工带便利同时也为后期运营维护提供强有力的数据源。BIM技术运用，使项目价值进行体现，让南充博物馆项目成为南充样板工程。

Abstract
The museum project is located in nanchong city, wangtian dam, which is built by China wuye group. The museum was the sample project of project of nanchong in nanchong city, after the completion of the whole sichuan province will become the largest prefecture-level comprehensive museum, adopting BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology for control of the whole project, data sorting simulation construction, mining project value, improve the depth of the project, reduce the difficulty of the project management, etc. Using revit to conduct a three-dimensional modeling, the model is required to contain the shape and actual information of some key parts. Through a series of software in the late stage of the model, detailed display and control of heavy and difficult construction and construction site layout are carried out. The construction site is arranged and adjusted with three - dimensional model. With vivid animation simulation, will not understand the construction visualization. The construction and transmission of project data carrier can not only facilitate the construction of the construction belt but also provide a strong data source for the operation and maintenance of the project. The application of BIM technology enables the project value to be reflected and the nanchong museum project becomes the model project of nanchong.
