摘 要
本工程为杭州市大型燃气蒸汽联合循环发电生产基地9号楼工程。本工程总建筑面积约3827㎡，本工程采用桩承台基础，1楼为剪力墙结构，框架抗震等级为三级，剪力墙抗震等级为二级，本工程耐火极限为两级。本工程地面高23.8m，工期为450天。
本施工组织设计是严格按照杭州市有关施工工程质量、安全生产、文明施工的规定、规程。根据本工程的特性及本工程的重要性，组织施工的指导思想是科学管理、严格要求、文明施工和采用先进的施工手段，调集技术熟练、作风硬朗、善于攻坚的一流施工队伍，以项目法施工管理为基础，认真贯彻执行公司的质量方针，围绕质量、工期、安全、文明施工四大目标狠下功夫，力争优质、高速地完成本工程施工任务。本工程将以ISO质量、环境、职业健康与安全管理三合一认证体系为标准，实行科学管理。

ABSTRACT
this project is No.9 building project of Hangzhou large gas steam combined cycle power generation production base. The total construction area of the project is about 3827 ㎡. Pile cap foundation is adopted in the project. Building 1is of shear wall structure, with frame seismic grade of grade III, shear wall seismic grade of grade II, and the fire resistance limit of the project is grade II. The ground height of the project is 23.8m, and the construction period is 450 days.
The construction organization design is in strict accordance with the provisions and regulations of Hangzhou city on construction project quality, safety production and civilized construction. According to the characteristics of the project and the importance of the project, the guiding ideology of our construction organization is scientific management, strict requirements, civilized construction and the use of advanced construction methods. We should mobilize first-class construction teams with skilled technology, strong style and good at tackling difficulties.
