摘要
施工组织设计是建筑工程施工管理的核心文件，是对项目建设全过程施工活动的统筹规划与系统安排，为施工全过程的技术实施、资源配置、进度控制及安全质量保障提供综合性指导依据。本工程由苏州滨江置业有限公司投资建设，总建筑面积约 23860 平方米，建筑结构形式为剪力墙结构。结合本工程住宅类项目特点，编制本施工组织设计时，重点对项目管理体系构建、施工总体部署、资源配置计划、主要分部分项工程施工工艺、质量控制体系、安全生产管理、文明施工与环境保护措施、季节性施工应对方案等内容进行全面规划，突出实用性、针对性与经济性，是保障工程优质、高效、安全、低耗完成的关键技术经济文件。关键词：施工部署 质量控制 安全管理 资源配置
Abstract
Construction organization design is the core document of construction management in building engineering. It is a comprehensive planning and systematic arrangement for the entire construction process of a project, providing comprehensive guidance for technical implementation, resource allocation, schedule control, and safety and quality assurance throughout the entire construction process. This project is invested and constructed by Suzhou Binjiang Real Estate Co., Ltd., with a total construction area of approximately 23,860 square meters and a shear wall structure. Considering the characteristics of this residential project, when preparing this construction organization design, emphasis was placed on comprehensive planning of project management system construction, overall construction deployment, resource allocation plan, main subdivisional works construction technology, quality control system, safety production management, civilized construction and environmental protection measures, and seasonal construction response plans. It highlights practicality, pertinence, and economy, and is a key technical and economic document to ensure the highquality, efficient, safe, and lowcost completion of the project.
