摘要
施工组织设计是建筑施工全过程的综合性管理文件，通过对工程施工的技术策略、组织安排、资源配置及风险防控的整体规划，为项目高效有序推进提供全面指导。本工程由常州工业园区装备制造有限公司投资建设，为工业厂房及附属设施项目，总建筑面积约 19500 平方米，建筑结构形式为框架 门式钢架组合结构。结合工业建筑施工精度要求高、设备基础复杂的特点，编制本施工组织设计时，重点考虑项目管理团队组建、施工阶段划分、技术准备工作、主要施工工序优化、工程质量验收标准、安全生产专项措施、文明施工与成品保护方案、施工应急预案等关键因素，突出针对性、科学性与安全性，是确保工程按期优质交付、满足生产使用需求的核心经济技术文件。关键词：施工工艺 质量验收 安全专项措施 应急预案
Abstract
The construction organization design is a comprehensive management document for the entire process of building construction. It provides comprehensive guidance for the efficient and orderly progress of the project through the overall planning of technical strategies, organizational arrangements, resource allocation, and risk prevention and control for engineering construction. This project, invested and constructed by Changzhou Industrial Park Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., is an industrial plant and ancillary facility project with a total construction area of approximately 19,500 square meters. The building structure is a frameportal steel frame composite structure. Considering the high precision requirements and complex equipment foundation characteristics of industrial building construction, key factors such as project management team formation, construction phase division, technical preparation work, optimization of main construction processes, project quality acceptance standards, special measures for safe production, civilized construction and finished product protection plans, and construction emergency plans have been emphasized in the preparation of this construction organization design. It highlights pertinence, scientificity, and safety, and is the core economic and technical document to ensure the project is delivered on schedule with high quality and meets production and use requirements.
