  摘要
  本次设计题目是城南实验小学教学楼设计,该建筑四层,采用框架结构。本设计主要由建筑设计和结构设计构成。建筑设计遵循“启智育人、安全舒适”的教学理念,平面划分普通教室、多媒体教室、教师办公室及实验室等区域,普通教室采用行列式布局保证采光均匀,走廊宽度按规范要求设计以满足学生疏散,各功能区采用防火卷帘分隔。结构设计采用横向框架承重体系,计算时准确选取当地抗震设防等级与风荷载数值,充分利用结构塑性内力重分布对竖向荷载下的框架内力进行调幅,分别验算恒载与活载组合中两种控制工况的结构内力与变形,同时考虑教室课桌椅及多媒体设备的楼面活载(教室按2.0kN/㎡取值),保证教学楼结构安全与教学活动正常开展。

  Summary
  The design topic this time is the teaching building design for Chengnan Experimental Primary School. The building is a fourstory structure with a frame structure. This design mainly consists of architectural design and structural design. The architectural design follows the teaching philosophy of "enlightening and educating, safe and comfortable". The floor plan is divided into areas such as ordinary classrooms, multimedia classrooms, teacher offices, and laboratories. The ordinary classrooms adopt a matrix layout to ensure uniform lighting, and the width of the corridors is designed according to regulatory requirements to meet student evacuation needs. Each functional area is separated by fireproof rolling shutters. The structural design adopts a horizontal frame loadbearing system. During calculation, the local seismic fortification level and wind load values are accurately selected. The structural plastic internal force redistribution is fully utilized to adjust the internal forces of the frame under vertical loads. The structural internal forces and deformations under two control conditions, namely the combination of dead load and live load, are separately checked. At the same time, the floor live load of classroom desks, chairs, and multimedia equipment (the classroom is taken as 2.0kN/㎡) is considered to ensure the structural safety of the teaching building and the normal conduct of teaching activities.
