[建筑结构设计文档] 某6层大学生公寓楼建筑结构设计计算书

摘要
该毕业设计题目是《长安大学生公寓楼设计》,建筑面积4793.6m2 ,建筑总高度21.60m,共6层,层高3.6m,结构形式为框架结构。本工程设计结合地方地质及水文气候条件,依据各设计规范,使设计结果既符合设计标准,又满足使用要求,经济合理性。
该设计主要包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。其中建筑设计部分主要从建筑物功能与形式的关系等几个方面进行了探索,主要完成了建筑平面设计、立面设计和剖面设计。结构设计部分,根据任务书要求,在进行构件截面估算和荷载计算后,设计主要进行了结构方案中3轴横向框架的设计。在确定框架布局之后,先进行了截面的初步设计,梁柱侧移刚度和重力荷载代表值得的计算,通过顶点位移法与底部剪力法求出了在水平荷载作用下的结构内力(弯矩、剪力、轴力),接着再求出竖向恒载,活载,并用弯矩二次分配法进行内力分配,求出竖向荷载作用下的内力(弯矩、剪力、轴力)。接下来进行内力组合并找出最不利的内力组合,选取最不安全的内力组合进行计算配筋计算。此外还进行了结构方案中的楼梯、楼板和基础等的设计。最后使用CAD绘制施工图。

Abstract
The graduation design topic is the chang an university student apartment building design, construction area of 4793.6 m2, building a total height of 21.60 m, a total of 6 layer, the height of 3.6 m, the structure form is frame structure. The project design combining with local geological and hydrological conditions, on the basis of the design specification, make a design results both comply with the design standards, and meets the requirement of economic rationality.
The design mainly includes the architectural design and structure design of two parts. The architectural design of buildings from such aspects as the relationship between function and forms has explored, mainly completed building plane design, elevation and profile design. Structure design part, according to the specification requirements, after the member section estimation and load calculation, design the main structure scheme of three axis transverse frame design. After in determining the frame layout, first has carried on the preliminary design of the section, beam lateral stiffness and gravity load on behalf of the calculation is, through the vertex displacement method and the bottom shear method under horizontal load of the structure internal forces (bending moment, shear force and axial force), then calculated the vertical dead load and live load, and the internal force distribution, the bending moment secondary distribution method to calculate internal force under the vertical load (bending moment, shear force and axial force). The internal force of internal force combination and find out the most unfavorable combination, selecting the most unsafe calculation of reinforcement calculation of internal force combination. In addition, the structure scheme of the stairs, floor and foundation design, etc. Finally using CAD drawing construction drawings.
