本毕业设计完成了施工图预算和施工组织设计两大部分。
施工图预算作为建筑工程造价的重要依据，是招标、投标、签订合同、工程施工管理和工程竣工决算的重要文件，对确保工程造价的准确度具有十分重要的意义。施工组织设计是建筑施工组织的核心和灵魂，是对工程建设项目全过程的构思设想和具体安排。本文旨在对施工图预算的内容和编制进行研究，通过熟悉图纸，图集，定额，了解工程的基本情况，根据工程量计算规则，按基础工程、土石方工程、混凝土工程、门窗工程、砌筑工程顺序计算建筑部分工程量，套定额得出总造价，保证“量”与“价”的准确合理。施工组织设计是本工程设计方案的纲领性文件，编制时对项目施工总体部署、施工准备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、工程质量保证措施、安全及文明施工措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性、适用性及针对性，并针对每个分部分项工程的特点、结构特征、施工难易程度工期和质量要求，编制出切实可行的施工方案，以指导施工顺利地完成本工程项目的建设，控制工程成本，创建优质工程。
