毕设基本摘要

摘 要
该工程为四层框架结构体系，整个建筑建筑面积约3000m2，建筑物平面为L形。走廊宽度1.8m,标准层高3.6m，室内外高差0.45m，其它轴网尺寸构件尺寸等详见平面简图。建筑使用年限为设计使用年限50年。
主要承重结构方案: 本工程采用全现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，即全部竖向荷载和水平荷载均由框架承担的结构体系。竖向荷载作用下采用分层法、叠代法计算其内力，水平荷载作用下采用反弯点法、D值法计算其内力；现浇楼板，按弹、塑性理论分析方法进行结构内力分析和计算，按照规范、规程，采用合理的配筋的方式。
框架结构便于这种综合型办公楼的布置，所以该设计优先选取的是框架结构。

Abstract

The main load-bearing structure of the program: This project uses the full-situ reinforced concrete frame structure, that is, all the vertical load and horizontal load borne by the frame architecture.
