摘要
招标控制价是根据国家或省级、行业建设主管部门领发的有关计价依据和办法，按设计施工图纸计算的，对招标工程限定的最高工程造价。招标控制价包括分部分项工程费、措施项目费、其它项目费、规费、税金。本设计的主要内容为辽宁省实验高中辽滨校区4号宿舍楼施工项目招标控制价的编制。
本设计从宿舍楼的设计施工图纸和有关资料入手，工程建筑总面积为4959.53平方米，工程类别为四类工程，抗震等级为三级，抗震设防烈度为7度。根据《11G101-1、2、3图集》和《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》的规则计算出钢筋、混凝土、装饰等各分部分项工程量，并列出工程量清单。在此基础上，按照辽宁省建设工程计价依据《A建筑工程计价定额》、《B装饰装修工程计价定额》、《建设工程费用标准》计算出相应的招标控制价，并列出招标控制价、工程量清单计价表以及综合单价分析表。最后，依据以上内容对本设计进行经济技术分析。工程总造价为5，785，848.63元，每平米造价为1166.74元。

abstract
The bidding control price is the maximum project cost of the bidding project,which is calculated according to the design and construction drawings according to the relevant pricing basis and methods issued by the national or provincial and industrial construction competent departments.The bidding control price includes the cost of divisional and subdivisional works,measure items,other items,fees and taxes.The main content of this design is the preparation of bidding control price for the construction project of No.4 dormitory building in Liaobin campus of Liaoning experimental high school.
This design starts with the design and construction drawings and relevant data of the dormitory building.The total construction area of the project is 4959.53 square meters.The project category is class IV project,the seismic grade is class III,and the seismic fortification intensity is 7 degrees.According to the rules of 11g101-1,2 and 3 atlas and code for valuation of bill of quantities of construction projects,calculate the quantities of reinforcement,concrete,decoration and other divisional and subdivisional works,and list the bill of quantities.On this basis,according to the pricing of construction projects in Liaoning Province,the corresponding bidding control price is calculated according to the pricing quota of construction projects a,the pricing quota of decoration projects B and the cost standard of construction projects,and the bidding control price,the pricing table of bill of quantities and the comprehensive unit price analysis table are listed.Finally,according to the above content,the economic and technical analysis of this design is carried out.The total cost of the project is 5785848.63 yuan,and the cost per square meter is 1166.74 yuan.
