摘 要
本工程为江西天施康中药有限公司宿舍楼，地点位于鹰潭市，周围交通运输便利，6762.74 ，建筑高度15.70m，结构形式为框架结构，建筑使用年限为50年，建筑安全等级二级。
本施工组织设计首先根据图纸资料明确施工方案，在此基础上按照现行建设工程工程量清单计价规范进行了工程量计算，主要计算了典型的一层梁、板、柱的钢筋，混凝土，砌体以及基础工程，土方回填土等主要工程的工程量，其他层进行了估算，另外，依据计算的工程量大致确定了该工程的人工、材料和机械消耗量，并在此基础上做出了合理的施工组织设计，最后得出施工组织设计横道图，施工组织设计网络图以及施工组织总平面图。在清楚每个工程的内容范围以及每一样材料，特别是混凝土、钢筋等一些重要材料用量的前提下，根据现场的实际情况设计出一份施工组织方案。该设计方案确定了该工程的人工、材料和机械消耗量，以及各项施工保证措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性及可行性。

Abstract
This is the JiangXiTian ShiKang TCM Co., LTD located project. It locates in bustling area ofyingtan city, where there are convenient transport facilities. It has a total construetion area of 6762.74 square metres ,5 building layers, and building height of 15.70 metres . The Structure form for frame structure , with a building senice life of 50 years , a building security of level 2.
First of all , the construction organization design according the specific drawing , on the basics of which it carries out the project quantity calculation according to the principles of measurement on bill of quantities of the current construction project , due to the time it calculates the amount of major projects such as a typical layer of beams, plates, columns of steel, concrete, masonry and foundation engineering works in this paper. And other layer of projects were estimated too.In addition,it determines the project's labor, materials and machinery consume broadly based on the amount of projects. And made a reasonable construction organization design on this basis. In the end,it concluded the bar chart of construction organization design, network diagram of construction organization design and the Total Plan of construction.In a word, this paper completed a comprehensive program of construction organizations.. It designs a construction organization program in accordance with the spot situation on the premise that the contents and the scope each project and every material are made clear , especially, the dosage of some important materials such as concrete ,steal and soon.The design determines the labor, materials and machinery consumption , and every construction assurance measures. many factors to consider possibly and well, outstanding science and possibility.
