XX幼儿园招标控制价毕业设计论文摘要招标控制价是对招标工程限定的最高工程造价。本设计的工程的建设地点属于四川省自贡市。通过查阅各种规范及图集，完成了整个工程的编制。在接近四个月的时间里，将自己在四年中几乎学习的知识应用到了实践中。本设计通过对该工程进行列项计算，完成了所有工程的清单量的计算，再运用宏业清单计价软件根据工程量与各单位工程设计图的总说明及其他图纸进行招标控制价的编制，通过调整材料价格（根据材料费）、人工费系数、费率，最后得到综合单价、分部分项工程量的价格，再计算措施项目费、其他项目费、规费税金，加总得到招标控制价。工程规模2252.5m，造价总额3564929.9元，单方造价1582.65元。

XX Kindergarten's bidding control price is the highest engineering cost limit for bidding projects.The construction site of this design project belongs to Zigong City,Sichuan Province.By consulting various specifications and atlases,the entire project was compiled.In nearly four months,I applied the knowledge I had almost learned in the past four years to practice.This design completes the calculation of the bill of quantities for all projects by itemizing the project,and then uses the Hongye List Pricing Software to prepare the bidding control price based on the total description of the engineering quantity and the design drawings of each unit,as well as other drawings.By adjusting the material price(based on material cost),labor cost coefficient,and rate,the comprehensive unit price and the price of sub item engineering quantity are finally obtained,and then the measure project cost is calculated Other project fees,regulatory fees and taxes are added together to obtain the bidding control price.The project scale is 2252.5m,with a total cost of 3564929.9 yuan and a unit cost of 1582.65 yuan.
