某地5层框架办公楼建筑结构设计（计算书+图纸+施组）[面积5140]

毕设基本摘要

内 容 摘 要
在满足使用功能的前提下，根据设计资料、水文地质资料和抗震等有关资料，本设计结构采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构形式，采用简单使用的〞一字形〞体型。层数为5层，总建筑面积约5200㎡。本册说明书是结构设计部分的计算说明书，主要设计计算的内容有：
1.        结构布置及选型；
2.        重力荷载计算；
3.        结构构件刚度计算；
4.        横向水平地震作用计算，根据顶点位移法和反弯点法计算。
5.        竖向荷载作用下的框架结构内力计算。对⑨轴线一榀框架进行荷载受力分析，利用二次分配法计算梁、柱端的弯矩。最后进行内力组合，依据组合值进行配筋；
6.        对节点核心区的验算；
7.        楼梯的计算及对梯段、平台梁和平台板的配筋；
8.        基础的设计包括独立基础和联合基础的设计及配筋；
9.        论文是关于混凝土砌块在建筑上的发展，进行英语翻译；
10.        PKPM计算书部分。

ABSTRACT
Meet in the use of the premise， according to the design of the data， hydrological and geological seismic data and other relevant information. The design structure using cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure， a simple use of the "chisel" shape. Floors of a five-storey， with a total construction area of about 5200 ㎡. List of the brochure is part of the structural design manual calculation，the main design elements are :
1. Selection of the structure and layout；
2. Gravity load calculation；
3. Structural component stiffness calculation；
4. Seismic horizontal level，according to the apex displacement and inflection point method.
5. Vertical load under the framework of internal force structure calculation. ⑨ axis right framework for a load load static and secondary distribution method beams and columns side of the moment. Internal forces for the final composition，based on portfolio values reinforcement；
6. On the core nodes checking；
7. Calculation of stairs and escalators of the podium， beams and plates reinforced platform；
8. Based designs including an independent foundation and the basis for the joint design and reinforcement；
9. Thesis was on the concrete block building in the development， English translation；
10.PKPM part of computing
