摘 要
本文根据毕业设计要求，结合本工程具体情况和有关现行规范等资料，对本项目的施工方案进行了详细的设计。
本工程为框架结构，地上6层，总建筑面积5615㎡；施工现场的工程地质与水文地质情况依据施工图纸确定；现场供电条件：供电容量满足施工用电要求；现场供水条件：采用城市供水管网，供水量满足施工要求；材料、构配件、施工机械及劳动力均满足正常施工的需要。
本工程施工组织设计作为主导施工的依据，包括以下几个方面的内容：编制依据、工程概况、施工部署、施工准备、施工进度计划、施工平面布置、拟投入本工程资源计划、总承包管理协调配合方案、主要分部（分项）工程技术方案、专项施工方案和施工组织各项管理保证措施。编制时对目标工期、工程质量、项目管理机构设置、劳动力组织、施工进度计划控制、机械设备及周转材料配备、主要分部分项工程施工方案、安全保证措施、文明施工及环境保护措施、降低成本措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性及可行性。

Abstract
This construction organization of Anhui Group Office Building. This plan includes twelve chapters. This construction organization plan briefly introduces the project profile, puts forward construction scheme with targeted quality and safety measures, project schedule and arrangement, as well as a complete plan and content of the general contracting with management.
This project is a high-rise residence with a frame-shear wall structure, and its security level is of second class. The total construction area is 5615 square meters. The building have 6 layer above ground with a total height of 26.250 meters. Its seismic fortification intensity is 7 degrees, and a service life of 50 years. Both the construction area and the structure design of this building meet the requirements of the curriculum design. The main unit project is civil engineering, and subprojects include earthwork engineering, reinforced concrete engineering, masonry engineering, decoration engineering, etc.
