摘 要
本设计的对象为四层现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，依据土木工程学院所提供的“乌海乌达区少年宫”设计实体资料对该工程进行了结构验算、施工组织设计及工程量的计算。
本设计分为结构验算、施工组织设计和工程量验算三部分。在结构验算设计中，首先根据设计资料选取12轴所对应的一榀框架为计算单元，参考设计中的工程做法对楼面、层间竖向恒、活载及结构构件的刚度进行了计算，运用分层法对竖向荷载作用下的框架内力进行了分析并绘制了内力图，进一步运用《抗震结构设计》中所学的底部剪力法对水平地震荷载及水平地震荷载作用下的内力进行了计算，绘制出了内力图；然后进行内力组合，得到了最不利内力。在此基础上运用《混凝土结构》中的受压构件正截面、斜截面承载力计算公式及《基础工程》中学到的地基基础设计对底层梁、柱控制截面强度及基础强度进行了验算。在施工组织设计中依据《建筑施工手册》及相关规范编写了工程概况、施工准备明细表，制定了工程施工方案；在分层分段计算工程量的前提下，套用相关定额进行了施工图预算；并对材料、人工、机械台班等资源消耗量进行了分析。在此基础上编制了施工进度计划横道图、劳动力计划表及主要施工机械设备计划表，最后绘制了时标网络计划图。

The ground foundation design which also utilizes which "Concrete structure" the middle school to arrive the compressional member right section, the oblique section supporting capacity and "Foundation engineering" the middle school arrives to first floor Liang, the column control section intensity and the foundation intensity has carried on the checking calculation. Rested on "Construction Construction Handbook" in the construction organization plan and the correlation standard has compiled the project survey, the construction preparation detailed list, has formulated the project construction plan; In under the lamination partition computation resilience premise, applied mechanically the correlation fixed quantity to carry on the construction drawing budget; And to resources consumptions and so on the material, man-power, mechanical stage class has carried on the analysis. Has established the construction progress plan by-way chart, the labor force planning chart and the main construction machinery equipment planning chart in this foundation, finally has drawn up the time indice network planning chart.
