本施工组织设计依据国家现行相关设计规范、标准、城市规划管理局对工程方案设计的审查意见通知书，结合本工程的具体情况和有关资料进行编制。
本设计名为海伦堡国际中心1号住宅楼建筑工程施工组织设计，位于南京市。主要结构形式 :住宅剪力墙结构、商业框架，总建筑面积：28691.93m2，共有33层，总高96.3m。抗震等级2级，设计使用年限50年。
本施工组织设计主要包括：编制依据、工程概况、施工组织机构及职责、施工部署、施工进度计划、施工准备与资源配置计划、主要施工方案、施工现场平面布置、工程质量保证措施、施工“安全、文明、卫生”管理措施、施工项目季节性施工措施。其中针对各个分部分项工程的特点、施工难易程度、工期和质量要求，编制出切实可行的施工方案，同时绘制出所需要的图纸，对整个工程施工组织设计进行详细的编写，并对相关工程量进行计算。对本工程的施工组织设计，使建筑施工活动协调有序，能高效低耗地完成建设项目的施工任务。达到缩短工期、降低成本和争创优质的效果。

This design named Helen Salih International Center, No. 1 residential building construction organization design, located in the city of Nanjing. Main structural forms: residential shear wall structure, commercial frame, total building area: 28691.93m2, a total of 33 layers, the total height of 96.3m. The aseismic grade is 2 grade, and the design service life is 50 years.
The construction organization design mainly include: the basis for preparing projectprofiles construction organization and responsibility, construction deployment, construction schedule, construction preparation and resource allocation plan, the main construction scheme, construction site layout, construction quality assurance measures, construction of "safety, civilization, health management measures, the construction project of seasonal construction measures. Among them, according to the characteristics of each sub project construction difficulty, construction period and quality requirements, formulate feasible construction scheme, and draw out the need of the engineering drawings, the construction organization design in detail the preparation, and the related engineering quantity calculation. The construction organization design of this project makes the construction activities coordinated and orderly, and can complete the construction task of the construction project efficiently and low consumption. The effect of shortening the time limit, reducing the cost and striving for high quality is achieved.
