摘要：进入21世纪，我们进入了知识经济的时代，随着对“科学技术是第一生产力”的深入理解，各个城市的综合教学楼如雨后春笋般修建起来成，并结合各个地方的特色，这就对教学楼的设计提出了更高的要求。随着新技术的不断涌现，新的建筑设计方法也在各个建筑的设计中应用,使教学楼的结构型式、建筑风格不断的丰富。我根据凤鸣乡的实际情况和我所掌握的有限知识，以公共建筑的安全性和实用的便利性为主要目的，使用天正建筑设计软件进行建筑施工图设计，利用PKPM结构设计软件并结合手工计算进行结构施工图设计，完成了对都江堰市办公楼的建筑和结构设计。

Abstract: In the 21st century, we enter the era of knowledge economy, with the "Science and technology are primary productive forces" in-depth understanding of all the city's comprehensive construction of school buildings are springing up into, and the integration of the various local characteristics, which the the design of school buildings a higher requirement.With the continuous emergence of new technologies, new building design approach is also applied in the design of each building, teaching building, the structure, the rich architectural style constantly. In accordance with the actual situation in Fengming town and my limited knowledge of possession to the security of public buildings and utilities for the purpose of convenience, the use of Tengen architectural building construction design software, structural design software by combining PKPM hand structural construction design calculations, completed the construction of Dujiangyan City, and structural design office.
