毕设基本摘要
摘 要
该工程为四层框架结构体系,整个建筑建筑面积约3000m2,建筑物平面为L形。走廊宽度1.8m,标准层高3.6m,室内外高差0.45m,其它轴网尺寸构件尺寸等详见平面简图。建筑使用年限为设计使用年限50年。
主要承重结构方案: 本工程采用全现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,即全部竖向荷载和水平荷载均由框架承担的结构体系。竖向荷载作用下采用分层法、叠代法计算其内力,水平荷载作用下采用反弯点法、D值法计算其内力;现浇楼板,按弹、塑性理论分析方法进行结构内力分析和计算,按照规范、规程,采用合理的配筋的方式。
框架结构便于这种综合型办公楼的布置,所以该设计优先选取的是框架结构。

Abstract
