毕设基本摘要

摘要
本工程是内蒙古包头市钢铁大街北段，荣资商场2号工程楼, 为六层框架结构，一、二层为商场，三—六层为写字楼，总建筑面积5220㎡。建筑高度为23.7m，室内外高差450mm。建筑防火等级为二级,建筑耐火等级为二级，耐久年限为二级。设计内容主要分为：1.建筑设计部分，2.结构设计部分。建筑设计部分主要包括：建筑平面设计;建筑立面设计;建筑剖面设计;建筑细部设计。结构设计部分为:选择结构类型,进行结构布置;估算梁、板、柱界面尺寸及材料等级;荷载计算;楼梯的内力分析及配筋计算;框架梁、板、柱的内力分析及配筋计算;基础设计。设计部分结束进行图纸绘制，建筑部分主要完成首层平面图，标准层平面图，立面图，剖面图，及各种详图；结构部分主要完成一榀框架图，楼板配筋图，楼梯配筋图，基础平面布置图，剖面详图。
