摘 要
本文介绍了我国公路建设的现状,旧路改扩建中问题的出现,以及旧路改扩建中遇到的问题和处理方法，并实地调查了哈同公路改扩建工程。路基改扩建是一个难点，要解决的问题很多，首先要考虑扩建方式的选择，扩建方式有两种：直接拼接和分离扩建，两种扩建方式各有其优缺点。对改扩建所遇到的重点问题进行了分析和研究,特别是路基加宽后的强度、稳定性、不均匀沉降问题和旧路病害问题。其中包括加宽方式的选择、超载预压、土工合成材料的运用和软弱地基的处理方法、边坡滑塌防治。同时对沥青路面和水泥混凝土路面的维修及加铺层技术措施分别进行了研究，最后介绍了改扩建中的保通措施，保通措施主要靠管理措施和施工组织。

Abstract
This text introduces the present condition of our country’s highway development, the reason of old roads extension, and methods to deal with the problems met in the old extension project. after investigating on the spot Tong-Ha road extension project, author analysis and researches in the important problems appeared in the extension project , especially the roadbed strength, stability, asymmetry sinks to decline after widening the roadbed, and the old road disasters. It includes the choice among the measures of widening the old road, road decline after widening project, application of the soil work synthesizes the material, and the methods to handles the weak roadbed. Furthermore, it introduce the researches on maintaining the road and the layer technique. in the end, it gives out the guarantee of the road unobstructed in the old road extension project.
