本设计题目为：水厂工艺设计。水厂设计总规模为600000 m3/d，一期工程满足城区15万人口的用水要求及其他用水企业用水。要求根据所给资料进行给水工艺设计和单体构筑物设计计算，包括取水构筑物设计、净水厂设计、工程概算和制水成本计算。
净水厂采用工艺流程为：源水→一级泵房→静态混合器→折板絮凝池→斜管沉淀池→V型滤池→清水池→吸水井→二泵房→城市管网。
混凝包括混合和絮凝两部分，絮凝设备选用折板絮凝池，选用斜管沉淀池进行沉淀，过滤设备采用V型滤池，最后投加液氯进行消毒。经过净水厂中各处理构筑物处理后，出厂水能够达到饮用水要求。

abstract
This design topic is:Changde No.4 Water Plant Process Design.The total design scale of the water plant is 600000 m3/d.The first phase of the project meets the water requirements of 150000 people in the urban area and other water use enterprises.Water supply process design and single structure design calculation are required according to the given data,including water intake structure design,water purification plant design,project budget estimate and water production cost calculation.
The process flow adopted by the water purification plant is:source water→primary pump room→static mixer→folded plate flocculation tank→inclined tube sedimentation tank→V-shaped filter tank→clean water tank→suction well→secondary pump room→urban pipe network.
Coagulation includes mixing and flocculation.Folded plate flocculation tank is selected as flocculation equipment,inclined tube sedimentation tank is selected for sedimentation,V-shaped filter tank is used as filtration equipment,and liquid chlorine is added for disinfection.After being treated by various treatment structures in the water purification plant,the finished water can meet the requirements for drinking water.
