辽宁省精神卫生中心病房楼工程造价设计
摘要
本工程为辽宁省精神卫生中心病房楼，该工程位于开原市站前10号，四类建筑，建筑面积9980平方米，地下一层，地上六层，层高4米，结构安全等级二级，建筑耐火等级地上二级，地下一级，结构类型为框架剪力墙结构，设防烈度为七度，建筑使用年限50年。大学四年专业知识的积累以及老师的指导和有关参考文献的辅助，使我掌握了建设工程施工图预算的编制及投标报价、技术经济分析。根据毕业设计任务书的要求指导，我运用自己所掌握的专业知识，完成了资料的收集整理，工程量的计算，定额和清单的套项，掌握了施工预算内容和以及预算书的编制，此次毕业设计锻炼了我们的创新思维和动手能力，使我们对专业知识的掌握有了系统的强化，让我们能够更好的将专业知识运用到实际工程当中，对今后的学习和工作，都具有十分重要的作用和意义。

Abstract
This project for the mental health center of liaoning province ward building, the project is located in kaiyuan city station 10, four types of buildings, construction area of 9980 square meters, underground, six floors on the ground, the height of 4 meters, secondary structure safety grade, architectural fireproof rank on the ground, underground level, the structure type of frame shear wall structure, fortification intensity is 7 degrees, building use fixed number of year for 50 years. University four years professional knowledge accumulation and the teacher's guidance and relevant auxiliary reference, I mastered the construction engineering construction drawing budget preparation and tender offer, technical and economic analysis. According to the requirements of the design plan descriptions of the graduation, I use their knowledge of professional knowledge, to complete the collection of the data, the calculation of quantities, norm and list of items, to master the content and construction budget and budget establishment, the graduation design exercise our innovative thinking and hands-on ability, make our mastery of professional knowledge with the strengthening of the system, we can better to apply professional knowledge of the actual project, for future study and work, have very important function and meaning.
