住宅楼施工组织设计与投标报价
摘 要
本次毕业设计的课题是“施工组织设计与投标报价”，根据任务书的要求，需要完成一份施工规划及一份商务标，未来清单造价等专业软件编制。
技术标包括施工组织设计，施工进度表及施工平面布置图三项内容，本施工组织设计以设计文件为依据进行编写，编制时对目标工期、工程质量、项目管理机构设置、劳动力组织、施工场地的有效利用、施工进度计划控制、机械设备及周转材料配备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、安全保证措施、文明施工及坏境保护措施、降低成本措施等诸多因素综合考虑分析，突出科学性及可行性，确保工程顺利进行。
商务标是根据建设工程工程量清单计价规范，建筑工程与装饰工程计价表，建筑与装饰工程费用计算规则等规范编制投标报价，将作为投标中标的主要经济依据。主要包括基地处理工程、土方工程、基础工程、主体工程、装饰装修工程的工程量计算及报价。

Abstract
The topic of this graduation design is "xi 'an coal mining machinery factory worker apartment A1 building construction organization design and tender offer", according to the requirement of the specification, need to complete a construction plan and a business standard, listing and other professional software of cost in the future.
Technology standard including the construction organization design, construction schedule and construction layout three contents, the construction organization design based on design documents to write, compile the target when the time limit for a project, the project quality, project management organization setup, the effective use of labor organization, construction site, construction schedule control, mechanical equipment and turnover materials equipment, the main partial construction method, safety assurance measures, civilized construction and environmental protection measures, to reduce the cost of measures such as comprehensive consideration of many factors, analysis, highlight the scientific nature and feasibility and to ensure the project smoothly.
Business standard is according to the specification construction engineering the quantities bill valuation, construction and decoration project valuation table, building and decoration engineering cost calculation rules, norms by the tender offer, will serve as the main economic basis of bid winning. Mainly includes the base treatment engineering, earthwork, foundation engineering, main body engineering, decoration engineering quantity calculation and quotation.
