框架结构住宅楼施工组织设计
摘要
总面积3020平方米的框架住宅楼,共有5层。底层层高3.900m,标准层3.000m。建筑±0.000m对应的黄海高程为3.550m。工程特点:施工现场场地已平整,场地宽敞,业主提供施工用水,施工交通运输较为便利。我们可以充分利用现有的施工场地,合理进行临时设施及机械设备的布置,以保证施工的正常有序进行。本工程采用的防水材料较多,、屋面、卫生间的防渗漏是保证本期工程质量的又一关键所在,必须采取有效的防水技术保障措施来预防这类质量问题的发生。工程量大、结构新颖。工期短、质量高。各工种、工序在施工过程中交叉配合,工序搭接必须注意科学管理,统一协调。
